This is a sequel to AVP: THRILL OF THE HUNT. This takes place 100 years after all technology had been erased and then re-created and a year since the colonists from the first story had been marooned on a jungle planet. It begins with two of the men hunting an Alien, which gets interrupted by a Predator they call Smiley, who was also hunting the creature.

While the humans have been concerned with survival the Predators have been erecting a pyramid for their training hunts, which includes stocking it with a Queen. And a new spaceship arrives with a bunch of guys, who the colonists think are rescuing them. But these aren't quite human-- they are the newest model of android which have red-colored blood. Androids are illegal and they want to keep their whereabouts a secret.
